

PRE-SEASON THROWING & PITCHING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Pitchers need time to get ready for a season.
At the Major League Baseball level that's why they have a 6 week Spring Training and not just a 2 week. Pitchers need to build up arm strength, get dialed in on mechanics and increase core strength leading into the season.
Those same goals are what we've established in our Pre-Season Throwing and Pitching Program.
Our Pre-Season Pitching Program is just as much a Throwing Program as Pitching.
Where the goal is:

Get locked in on Pitching Mechanics heading into the season

Build arm strength through a 'Progressive Throwing Program'

And increase core-strength through a 'Progressive Conditioning Program'
