OFF-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM INTRODUCTION

 

Off-Season Work-Out Schedule:

 

Wednesday’s at 7:00 (Indoor Facility for Off-Season Hitting Program and ZEPP Analysis)

 

Sundays at 3:00 (On field for Throwing Program / Defense Development / High Intensity Interval Training Program)

 

**All Workouts Optional**

 

The Fall or Off-Season is when players can really separate themselves from others and take major steps to improve their game. That’s the driving force on why we have so many aspects for players to take advantage of in the off-season.

 

Right around 4 months from today or 123 days from now it will be January 1st 2016 and the high school season will be knocking on the door. Right now as a player you have 123 days to get faster, stronger, quicker and work on aspects of your game that need improvement to be even better for next season.

 

Right now as a player you have an opportunity to show up for your high school team next season as a different baseball player, for the better.

 

To help with all this and to point players in the right direction we have several Off-Season Programs players can use to their benefit.
