Golden Era Baseball was formed in 2005 with two very simple goals:

~ 1) Training & Player Development - Providing organization and structure to put players in a position to actually get better rather than getting by on their current talent level alone.

~ 2) And two, to HAVING FUN playing the game of baseball!!

On the field we've been lucky enough to have had close to 200 players who've played within our Program move on to play college baseball along with a handful of players to date play professional baseball... And we've been even luckier to have had players who ended up all the way in the Major Leagues.

Our youth teams are open to players from all across Northern California, with Training - Practice locations in the Bay Area ~ Greater Sacramento ~ Fresno ~ and the Central Valley.

Our Program is for players who love nothing more than to be on a baseball field and as parents you're looking to put your player in an environment to maximize his potential and opportunities…

Our Youth Travel Team Program stands on the platform of two very simple goals:

1) Have Fun

2) and two, Get Better

There's an old saying in baseball... Players are Developed in the Fall & Discovered in the Spring.

  • So, with that being said NO TRYOUT is needed to be part of our Fall Program... If you wanna play ball, come aboard!

  • For those that just sign up to be part of the Fall Program, without a tryout we will do a mandatory get together / workout on the field in early August so you could meet some of our coaches and hear more about the Program.

And of course if you'd like to do an of-field tryout and have coaches personally evaluate your player you are more than welcome to!!

Please use the below link to see upcoming tryouts...

One of our staples as a Program is each location is led by a Director of Development.

Each Director of Development brings a different style, knowledge and advanced baseball background to the Program.

Current Directors of Development backgrounds include a former 16 year former professional player, a former college coach as well as passion driven coaches with one goal, to help players become the player they could be...

Directors write the Practice Plans for each location - Structure the training and aspects of Player Development - And work directly with each player within their location.

Our Digital Training Academy is designed to bring: our Coaches, our Training, our Pro-Active College Recruiting Guidance, our Program, from the field right into your home!
